1.88 released

This release fixes a number of long standing issues with the game engine.

Playing a deck that could draw many cards in a single turn will crash when the AI tries to enumerate the cards to discard during the cleanup step. This has been fixed by splitting the discard into several steps.

The MCTS AI will sometimes crash when it tries to reuse the game tree it created during the previous decision. This has been fixed by tracking down cases that cause it to select an incorrect part of the previous game tree.

In addition, this release includes improvements to the card script and 133 new cards.
